Pen Panels and Gates

Top of the Line Pens

All Merrill pens are constructed of high strength carbon tubing. Pen panels can be ordered in any size to fit your situation. We offer two basic styles of paneling:

• Clamped: This style alllows easy adjustments and changes for different needs. It also allows for on-site fabrication if desired.
• Welded: This style serves well for permanent set-ups and has price advantage.

Clamped Calf Pens

• Single safety lock gate with pressed steel hinges.
• Available with individual or lever operated stanchions in the panel as ordered.
• Standard gate which requires 34-3/8” opening.
• Top and bottom rails are 1-5/8” OD
• 1-1/16” filler bars spaced 5” on center.
• The actual panel height is 41”

Clamped Cow Pens

• Single safety lock gate with pressed steel hinges.
• Available with individually operated stanchions in a corner Manger or in the straight panel.
• Standard gate which requires a 46-3/8” opening.
• 1-5/8” OD top and bottom rails, with 1-1/16” OD filler bars spaced 6” on center.
• The actual panel height is 54”

Clamped Bull Pens

• Single safety lock gate with pressed steel hinges.
• Available with individually operated stanchions in a corner Manger or in the straight panel.
• Standard gate which requires a 46-3/8” opening.
• 1-5/8” OD top and bottom rails, with 1-5/8” OD filler bars spaced 7” on center.
• The actual panel height is 54”
